02 · Week Two
Direction
Script, storyboard, color palette, type system, frame composition. Every creative decision is locked before production begins — no course corrections after generation.
03 · Weeks 3–5
Production
Cinematic frame generation, color grading, video production, engineering of the scroll-scrub mechanics, text overlay design, and integration. Built one frame at a time.
04 · Week Six
Launch
QA across devices, performance optimization, domain setup, and handover. Optional ongoing partnership for updates, additional listings, and seasonal refreshes.
